It has direct access to the master bedroom and full bath that equals in incredible view windows. Both the living room and master bedroom have direct access to the rear deck that is superbly furnished and is highlighted with spectacular views.

The second level includes a gourmet kitchen with high ceilings, the latest appliances, architecturally designed cabinet and stand alone island. Also on this floor is a second bedroom with full bath. This level provides direct access to the front patio that is also furnished with exceptional outdoor furniture.

The third level includes a third bedroom with full bath and exceptional ocean views. Included are a built in desk and a very comfortable sofa & fold out bed.
The home includes the finest bedding, linens and bath
accessories. A full size washer/dryer. High speed internet,
smart TV and much more.

It’s not as communal as other cities I’ve lived in with many people driving in and out of the community and then staying inside or in their backyard. The gates parks prohibit kids meeting there unless they belong to an association. It’s odd to see a gated park that children cannot play on , meet new kids that live across the street, etc. I’m used to larger cities where there are more public places to gather, meet your neighbors, and create a stronger community."
