Located in Senderos Creek, within walking distance to American Academy Charter School and a short drive to Cherokee Trail Elementary (School bus stops down the street). Pool and park are 200ft away, with plenty of trails around the neighborhood. Close proximity to I-25, Park Meadows Mall, Denver Tech Center and many other retail locations and services.
No smoking of any kind allowed in the house.
Tenant responsible for all utilities water, gas and electric. Owner pays trash, sewer, HOA.
One small dog (up to 20lb) allowed for an additional non-refundable pet deposit and a monthly pet fee.
No cats allowed.
Application, credit and background check through Zillow.

Tenants Responsibilities:
- 1-year lease with 1 month rent deposit (18mo possible for the first lease)
- Renters insurance is required.

    "The neighborhood is beautiful… all the yards have various types of trees (pines are most common, however), shrubs & bushes, and flowers. Neighbors are kind and watch out for one another. Many streets offer a gorgeous view of the Rocky Mountains to the west. All ages are present in our neighborhood - school-aged children, older teens, working adults and retired couples. Walking paths are plentiful. Many walk their dog in the evening, or run or bike throughout the day."
