Two bedrooms (one large, one small), one and a half bath, cozy living room, spacious kitchen, beautiful sun-room, porch, deck, and sprawling yard. Small pets allowed. Washer/dryer on premises. Street parking available with permit (included with rent), there are always parking spots available in front of the house-it is a small and quiet neighborhood. Walking distance from St. Thomas campus and major St. Paul bus routes. Blocks from the river. Wonderful neighbors!

    "Unsafe to walk alone at night especially closer to university. Its just fine around the schools, but other places in Merriam are not safe alone. Lock your cars or your stuff WILL get stolen. "
