-Credit report authorization on prospective tenant(s)
-Two business reference letters
-Two personal/social reference letters
-Employment verification letter confirming income, position, and length of employment
-Letter from current landlord
-Bank reference letter regarding the maintenance of an account
-Proposed sublease agreement signed by both parties

The process includes:
1. A review of the application.
2. A credit report.
3. An interview by the Board or a committee assigned by the Board.
4. A notice of the Board's decision of the sublease which will be in writing
