The house is walking distance to downtown/ ASU.
You will love all the amenities this house has to offer. There is an open layout with a nice kitchen living room with an eat in bar. Both bedrooms are a nice size with good storage and closet space. One bathroom is in the middle of the bedrooms for easy access. Each bedroom will have a nice size deck and a large shared back yard.

    "I am a biz owner here & have seen things change dramatically in past 12 years. No long-term rental housing unless you are a student or uber-wealthy, and you don't own a pet. Completely over-saturated with corporate-owned, short-term Air BnB's & VRBO's. Summer traffic is unreal along with roadwork. Tourists can be incredibly rude & the Mack trucks, semis & loggers on the 2-lane highways are dangerous. Need to own a helicopter or be one of the uber-wealthy who has access to the golf club heli to & from the airport. "

In those neighborhoods, it is much more necessary to have a car. But I’m all areas, everyone is cautious of walkers, and I always have felt safe walking my dog, both at night and during the day (even as a female). "
