The home features an open great-room-style kitchen and living area. The remodeled kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, pantry food storage, and plenty of space for everyday cooking and dining. A washer and dryer are conveniently located on site.

Outside, enjoy a quiet backyard with a large, tree-shaded deck and gathering area a great place to relax or enjoy the outdoors. The front yard features an additional patio/deck, lemon and lime trees, and a fenced grassy area.

Additional locked storage space is available under the house. Parking is available on the street.

We're looking for a responsible, respectful roommate who would enjoy sharing this beautiful home. The current tenant is a 27-year-old mother with her 7-year-old son and a friendly small French Bulldog. We're hoping to find someone who is honest, easygoing, drama-free, and comfortable being part of a friendly household while also respecting everyone's privacy and personal space.

The rental is offered on a month-to-month basis. We're looking for someone who is financially responsible, dependable with rent, and takes pride in keeping their room and shared areas clean and tidy.

This is a non-smoking home. No tobacco smoking, vaping, marijuana, or other smoking/vaping is permitted on the property.

Parking is available on the street. Utilities are shared, with most monthly utility bills typically ranging from approximately $100 $200, depending on usage.

If you're looking for a comfortable home in a great location and think you'd be a good fit for the household, we'd love to hear from you.
