Open living room and dining area with sliding door leading to private balcony. All new appliances and washer/dryer are in-unit. 1 car garage and 1 driveway space included with addition parking nearby. Plenty of closet space and two personal storage rooms. Great location with all of the stores and restaurants you'd ever need all within 20 mins, plenty of nearby paths for walks and the Morton Arboretum within 10 mins. Wonderful District 87 and 89 schools and within walking distance to the College of DuPage. One cat or dog (certain breeds) allowed. Must have good credit and references.

One year lease minimum at $2,400 per month then month-to-month.

$2,400 deposit

Landlord pays HOA fees

Tenant pays for all other utilities (gas, water, electric, cable, phone and internet). Owner will pay for initial installation fee only for cable, phone and internet if applicable. Invoice of installation fee is required for reimbursement

Pet policy: one cat OR dog less than 40 lbs. $250 one-time non-refundable fee plus $30 per month

No smoking or e-cigs.

No grilling or any other form of cooking is allowed on property.
