Great location with all of the stores and restaurants you'd ever need all within 20 mins, plenty of nearby paths for walks and the Morton Arboretum within 10 mins. Wonderful District 87 and 89 schools and within walking distance to the College of DuPage. One cat or dog (certain breeds) allowed. Must have good credit and references.

One year lease minimum at $2,200 per month then month-to-month.

Tenant pays for all other utilities (gas, water, electric, cable, phone and internet). Owner will pay for initial installation fee only for cable, phone and internet if applicable. Invoice of installation fee is required for reimbursement
