Escape to the mountains with this rustic 2 bedroom/1 bath side-by-side duplex located off of Howards Creek. Up the deck stairs you will find a shared patio with a great view of nature. Enter the double doors to find a wood cabin style interior featuring an open living/dining space with bright, airy windows, a kitchen with an eat-in bar, and ample storage. The shared bathroom features tile floors, large tub/shower combo, and small laundry nook. Each bedroom offers a charming cabin feel with warm wood, lots of natural light, ceiling fans, vinyl plank flooring, and roomy closets. Due to the location, we strongly recommend AWD or 4WD vehicles for inclement weather.

Jointly leased, the security deposit is typically the same amount as the rent. A $200 administrative fee is due upon lease signing. Electricity and internet are tenant responsibility. Well water, yard care, and trash removal are included. Heat is central heat and air. Pets are negotiable with owner approval. There is a non-refundable pet fee and monthly pet rent for each approved pet. Age and breed restrictions apply. Ask your leasing representative for more information prior to submitting the application.

 In order to send your application, we will need the first and last name, email address, and phone number for you and everyone who may be applying with you. There is a one-time non-refundable application fee per applicant over the age of 18 that covers the cost of a background check. All inquiries are processed in the order received.

    "I am a biz owner here & have seen things change dramatically in past 12 years. No long-term rental housing unless you are a student or uber-wealthy, and you don't own a pet. Completely over-saturated with corporate-owned, short-term Air BnB's & VRBO's. Summer traffic is unreal along with roadwork. Tourists can be incredibly rude & the Mack trucks, semis & loggers on the 2-lane highways are dangerous. Need to own a helicopter or be one of the uber-wealthy who has access to the golf club heli to & from the airport. "

In those neighborhoods, it is much more necessary to have a car. But I’m all areas, everyone is cautious of walkers, and I always have felt safe walking my dog, both at night and during the day (even as a female). "
