The Little Howard St. House is a historic 1923 craftsman that has been completely rebuilt to take full advantage of its unique size. This furnished, compact house was built as a stand-alone house and is now the perfect place to experience the benefits of a tiny home. Utilities, trash, and wifi paid by owner. Available for 30 day minimum with month to month rental agreement.

The neighborhood is very quiet and great for walking. You'll find amazing coffee shops, a bistro and wine bar, donuts, acai bar, yoga studio, drug store, and more two blocks away. Plus, it's a ten-minute drive to downtown Pasadena & La Canada - CalTech, JPL, museums, top-rated restaurants and shopping, historic Old Town, hiking, and the Rose Bowl.

The house has a kitchen with a two burner gas stove, small refrigerator, combination microwave/convection oven for roasting and baking. There is a washer/dryer, air conditioning/heater, and a peaceful covered deck.

House is about 15 miles from Downtown Los Angeles, Hollywood, and Burbank, which can all be accessed by easy connections with the Metro Gold Line or by freeway.

Furnished rental. Owner pays gas, electric, water, trash, and internet.

Lease is 31 days minimum and month-to-month.

Two people maximum may live at house.

Subletting is not allowed.

One cat or a small dog under 40 pounds allowed with pet fee. There is no yard.

Renters insurance required.

Smoking not allowed on property.

Street parking. Requires overnight parking permit available from local kiosk or online.
