Plus, it's a ten-minute drive to downtown Pasadena & La Canada - CalTech, JPL, museums, top-rated restaurants and shopping, historic Old Town, hiking, and the Rose Bowl.

The house has a kitchen with a two burner gas stove, small refrigerator, combination microwave/convection oven for roasting and baking. There is a washer/dryer, air conditioning/heater, and a peaceful covered deck.

House is about 15 miles from Downtown Los Angeles, Hollywood, and Burbank, which can all be accessed by easy connections with the Metro Gold Line or by freeway.

Furnished rental. Owner pays gas, electric, water, trash, and internet.

Lease is 31 days minimum and month-to-month.

Two people maximum may live at house.

Subletting is not allowed.

One cat or a small dog under 40 pounds allowed with pet fee. There is no yard.
