Just a 5-minute walk through Downtown will take you to the 21.6-acre Main City Park, which includes a skate park, dog area, and the Gresham Japanese Garden along Johnson Creek and the Springwater Trail.
You can find restaurants, grocery shopping, specialty stores, and pretty much anything you need within a 10-minute drive (e.g., Fred Meyer, WINCO, Trader Joe's, Old Navy, Kohl's, Home Depot, Dick's Sporting Goods, Petco, PetSmart, Chipotle, Red Robin, Panera, etc.)!

The backyard was updated with new landscaping, lawn, and a fire pit area, and it's a great space to lounge when it's warm and sunny out!
There is a covered carport that has room for one car. Then there's street parking in front of the house.
The rent will be $1700 a month with a 12-month lease. A deposit of $1700 is required. The application, background check, and income verification fee is $45 via Innago.
