The home is nestled between Burnside and Division in Gresham's Central City neighborhood, just two blocks from Gresham High School. It's a duplex on a dead-end street, with no through traffic, so it makes for a quiet, relaxing spot to call home!

A 4-minute drive or a 10-minute walk to Downtown Gresham highlights local shops and restaurants, and gives a small-town feel with numerous community events. Just a 5-minute walk through Downtown will take you to the 21.6-acre Main City Park, which includes a skate park, dog area, and the Gresham Japanese Garden along Johnson Creek and the Springwater Trail.

You can find restaurants, grocery shopping, specialty stores, and pretty much anything you need within a 10-minute drive (e.g., Fred Meyer, WINCO, Trader Joe's, Old Navy, Kohl's, Home Depot, Dick's Sporting Goods, Petco, PetSmart, Chipotle, Red Robin, Panera, etc.)!

The unit is around 750 square feet with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. Updates include:
-a new hot water heater in June 2025
-a mini-split system in July 2025
-the bathroom was totally gutted and remodeled in August 2025
-brand new carpet in the bedrooms (December 2025)
-new luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout (bathroom in August 2025; living room, dining, kitchen, and hall in December 2025)

There is a new interior mini-split unit in each bedroom, and one in the living space. They can customize the climate of each space with functions for fan, air conditioning, heat, air circulation, and dehumidifying. The bathroom remodel included several new PEX pipes, a new shower, new tub, a new fan with a moisture sensor, luxury vinyl plank flooring, new adjustable LED vanity light, and new can lights in the ceiling. The laundry/utility room has a new floor, new walls, new exterior door, and will include a brand new washer and dryer.

Both the laundry/utility room and dining area have doors to a patio and the fenced back yard. The unit features a sliding glass door from the dining area to the patio, beaming with sunlight. The backyard was updated with new landscaping, lawn, and a fire pit area, and it's a great space to lounge when it's warm and sunny out!

There is a covered carport that has room for one car. Then there's street parking in front of the house.

The rent will be $1700 a month with a 12-month lease. A deposit of $1700 is required. The application, background check, and income verification fee is $45 via Innago.
Water/sewer/garbage/recycling/yard debris are billed bimonthly, and paid to the landlord.

No smoking is allowed on the property.
The entire duplex has one water meter, so the bill is shared.
