This is a large house on an acre of land in a rural area, so very quiet and peaceful, yet close to shopping, restaurants, etc., on Melrose Drive. Shared living room, dining room and large kitchen with plenty of storage and counter space. Washer and dryer in home. parking off the street in long driveway. There are currently two residents, both quiet, employed adults. Seeking single renter (not a couple). Must be quiet, clean, and work outside the home. No smoking or candles on premises. Utilities (water, trash, electricity, Internet) included.

No smoking on the property. parking in driveway. Rent is $1400/month with a security deposit of $1400. Six month lease.

    "Super close to the transit station, and Vista Village is beautiful. There’s a nice little trail and stream with ducks all over it near the water park and it’s a nice stroll if you like taking the scenic route. The view from the top of the hill at the apartment complex is to die for."
