There are currently two residents, both quiet, employed adults. Seeking single renter (not a couple). Must be quiet, clean, and work outside the home. No smoking or candles on premises. Utilities (water, trash, electricity, Internet) included.

And no, we don't want to smell what your dog has been cooking. Exercise your dog to your heart's content but turning a street into a dog toilet is not cool. Be kind, don't empty your dog's behind. "
