Hi I'm looking for A roommate to live in a shared space with me. I have a spare room that is furnished. I would like to do at least 90 days to see how it goes. I work as a Direct Support Specialist taking care of Elderly Clients and children with IDD, austim and other developmental disabilities. I keep a clean house so I need someone equally clean and tidy. I'm very easy going and down to Earth. The space has a Queen size bed with two desk so the room is furnished already. The bathroom is shared. The rest of the space is shared but I work alot. The rent is 700 a month with a $300 dollar security deposit, smoking is done outside only! Food needs to be labeled please and ty! There is a background check done and a partial lease agreement for 90 days and further if everything works out with your stay. ADT System and cameras on the outside only. The Quiet hours are from 11pm till 7 am. I work first shift but I will respect the shift you work as well. One available parking space on premises for one vehicle. Utilities included! Must pay rent on time from the 1rst to the 5th of every month. No drugs or anything illegal, thanks Serious Replies only, looking for tenant in the beginning of July 2026! Females Only Please and Thank you

Owner pays Utilities, Smoking is done Outside Only! There is one Available parking spot for one vehicle. No illegal Activity and no drugs of any kind will be Tolerated

Been living here since 2017, plenty to do if you’re retired or have children, is a small town so there’s no night entertainment like in the city. The town has everything you need, like Walmart , Ace, food chain etc and lots of local options, a dog park and a nice hospital, except a movie theater but I think is coming but there’s an old style drive in Theater that is fun and full every weekend, people out of town come to it. There’s festivals, concerts and events, people also enjoy kayaking on the river and the town is clean and well maintained. Eden is 45 min away from Greensboro NC and 30 minutes from Danville Va. Love living in here. "
