Hi I'm looking for A roommate to live in a shared space with me. I have a spare room that is furnished. I would like to do at least 90 days to see how it goes. I work as a Direct Support Specialist taking care of Elderly Clients and children with IDD, austim and other developmental disabilities. I keep a clean house so I need someone equally clean and tidy. I'm very easy going and down to Earth. The space has a Queen size bed with two desk so the room is furnished already. The bathroom is shared. The rest of the space is shared but I work alot. The rent is 700 a month with a $300 dollar security deposit, smoking is done outside only! Food needs to be labeled please and ty! There is a background check done and a partial lease agreement for 90 days and further if everything works out with your stay. ADT System and cameras on the outside only. The Quiet hours are from 11pm till 7 am. I work first shift but I will respect the shift you work as well. One available parking space on premises for one vehicle. Utilities included! Must pay rent on time from the 1rst to the 5th of every month. No drugs or anything illegal, thanks Serious Replies only, looking for tenant in the beginning of July 2026! Females Only Please and Thank you

2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageRun far far away this school is full of trashy. Kids in the administration is no better. The teachers are lazy and they don’t teach. They put a computer in front of your child and expect them to do the work when your child ask for help or tutoring, there are absolutely no resources available. They’re really quick to call you when your child gets in trouble with all the other trashy kids at their school, but they’re not quick to call you when a desk falls on your child’s foot and almost breaks two of their toes. One day I went there to pick my child up early, and I witnessed a girl who was unconscious and nonresponsive due to drugs that she had consumed. I watched the principal scream and interrogate another child about what drugs the student took because they obviously came from her. This school gives very little preparation for your life outside of graduation. they discipline the children very unfairly.if your a student athlete or related to the principal, your pretty much allowed to get away with anything. faculty focuses more on things like hats, vaping, dress code rather the fact more than 60 % of their students are poor and the students test scores super below average. most of the students are racist make the black students feel less of. most students when they graduate stay in this poor town and go to the poor community college down the road. if you love your child pick another schoolOther Review2y ago
