You'll enter into a large living room with wood burning fireplace perfect for socializing, reading or playing your favorite instrument, then walk past a half-bath and closet to reach a designer kitchen/dining/family room with 8' sliding glass door provide a great view and access to the large patio and back yard surrounded by trees. On the upper two floors you'll find 3-4 large bedrooms (4th bedroom currently an office and not pictured), a cozy upstairs tv/reading room with giant beanbags, a proper upstairs laundry room, and 3 natural wood and tile bathrooms. The upstairs is bathed in nature light thanks to large windows and skylights throughout.

An incredible amount of space for you and your family, providing open spaces but designed to allow for solitude if somebody needs to work from home or just needs a little space.

At the rear of the property is a secure parking pad with EV charging capability and roll-up door accessing the rear alley. Parking is also plentiful on the street w/permit if you have more than one car.

This home is available starting August 10th. Being offered fully furnished, like an Airbnb, but some furniture can be removed as needed.

Water and internet included in the rent. Electricity is billed separately but the house has solar panels that cover approximately 50% of power needs over the course of a year.

Regular cleaning and gardening is available for an extra monthly fee. Just bring your clothes and personal things you can't live without. Rental term is negotiable but 1 year is preferred.

Prefer no pets but will consider small dogs on case by case basis. No smoking.

Before applying, please reach out with any questions and provide some basic information about you and/or your family, including your circumstances with desired rental timeframe. Optimally we are looking for someone to occupy the home from approximately mid-August 2026. Interested parties will have to submit an online application before seeing the property.

Prefer minimum 1 year lease beginning mid-August 2026, but somewhat negotiable. Available Fully Furnished. Water & Internet included in rent. 1 month deposit. Prefer no pets but will consider small dogs on case by case basis. No Smoking. Secure parking for one car is included and street parking is available with permit.
