I've marveled at how teachers integrate what the kids learn about history and social studies with field trips and studies outside the classroom

We've been very happy with the teachers and the community (PTO).Main complaints are: 1) IEP services -- the instructors who provide the services are great. However, each year I've had to flight for 6 weeks to get the services started. The VP, who is over the coordination of the services, is no help. Parents have complained each year about this same issue and no improvements are ever implemented.2) administration -- communication is very lacking. They also seem out of touch. 10/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI am a Brent Elementary alumni whom is very very very fond of the school environment. The teachers are nice and helpful. They really care and wanted me to succeed. I became best friends with one of the teachers the first of kindergarten. To this day we are still besties for the resties. It is super easy to make friends I still have many close friends from when I was at Brent. The teachers very active in and out of the classroom. They were so helpful, understanding, and caring. Please don't listen to any of these other parents they don't know what they're talking about.
