* No smoking, no drinking, no parties, no pets, no guests, and no overnight stays. References from a previous landlord and proof of employment are required.

    "Depending on the casino traffic, it is either 7 mins to cambridge or 27 mins. Also, the bridge to Cambridge by community college needs to be expanded to handle the increase in residential dwellings on the other side of the orange line that now cross there daily."
