Incredible Mountain Views out the front windows and directly across from Norton Park! The setting is incredibly serene and quiet, you won't even feel like you are in the city. It is on Hatcher just east of 12th Street.

The apartment has been nicely refurbished inside and out with new 2 tone paint, there are quartz countertops in the kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. There are faux wood blinds on all the windows. There is tile throughout and ceiling fans in the rooms to help keep utility bills low. The air conditioner has been replaced with a new higher efficiency unit. Double pane windows have been installed. There is a very large laundry room with clothes washer and dryer included with plenty of room for storage.

There is a huge private back and side yard and the all coveted covered patio area! All is fenced in!

The appliances include glass top stove, refrigerator, clothes washer and dryer. There are large closets in the bedroom and a separate linen closet for towels and storage. Lots of kitchen cabinets and plenty of counter top space. There is a separate walk in pantry. The apartment is very clean and has a wonderful warm feel to it!
