9/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis year, the primary school has a new principal, and a lot has changed. Students receive awards for being kind and pleasant rather than having outstanding grades. Don't outstanding students who excel deserve recognition? The principal also anticipates that children should leap out of moving cars in the morning when they are dropped off. If cars stop at the gate to drop of their kids, they are given dirty looks and hand movements by the principal. We are adults, we have been dropping kids off for years so we know what we are doing and do not need to be told to keep moving. We miss Mrs. Petrovacki.Parent Review2y ago13 Reviews - Yorba Linda High School

10/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI’m a student who graduated from YLHS. The racism and bullying rumors about YLHS are true. I was bullied and harassed during my time here. The teachers, namely Jon Aed (math teacher) also partake in bullying students. Counselors are always rude, discouraging and unhelpful. Please think twice about sending your kids here if they are non-white. I hope no one else goes through what I went through.Other Review1y ago18 Reviews - Check out schools near 1234 Testing.

"Dogs are great. I love dogs and have 2 myself. One complaint about people who own dogs is they don’t always pick up after their pets. Don’t be a bad person, pick up your dog waste. "

"There are hills which may be tiresome for some older residence and older dogs. There are also coyotes which are of concern so dogs should be kept in overnight."

"There’s a park nearby to take your dogs. Wish they have a poopy bag stand at the park so dog owners can pickup after their pets if needed. "

"I live in yorba linda and there is fair transportation depending where you're going. I no longer take the bus but it was enough to go to work and do my normal grocery shopping. it could be improved on other streets. the demand is there. Not entirely sure why the city and cities around it do not make more public transit stops. I do not care to get in to the politics of it much less to rally people to sign petition against the city/cities. I shopped where I was able to at the time of using public transportation and tried to make the best of it. More and more stops were being eliminated including yorba linda blvd which was a popular route. I can understand the economic views in favor of a lot of those stops being shut down but I still did what I could to be able to live. (live as in the necessities of life not literally life or death.)"
