Great wooded neighborhood - lots of hiking/biking close by, yet just 8-10 min drive to Cornell and 15 min drive to downtown. Commuter bus also available to Cornell/downtown from the neighborhood. Ithaca City school district. Few minutes to neighborhood rec center (with pool), and only 6 mins to East Hill Plaza, with groceries, Collegetown Bagels, gas station, and drug store.

Available furnished or unfurnished. Furniture at house currently is sufficient to fully furnish the first floor and partially furnished the second floor. Willing to rent by the bedroom, as well.

Available Aug 1st, open to 8 to 12-month lease term. Will have to coordinate tours with current renters.

May be open to shorter lease terms - just ask! Renter pays utilities. Absolutely no smoking (cigarettes or otherwise) inside or out. Pets considered on a case-by-case basis. Garage parking for 2 cars. Outside, off-street parking for 2-3 cars. Tenant responsible for the following: utilities; snow removal, basic maintenance.     "It is a very easy commute to downtown. Slightly more to the colleges. I consider commutes under 15 minutes to be easy though. I know Ithacans complain about traffic at the “octopus”, but that’s only because most of them have never seen traffic."

    "I've lived in the area for 13 years. I've lived in Northeast Ithaca specifically for 5 years. Northeast Ithaca is very competitive as far as buying a home. The people are great and Northeast Elementary including the Ithaca City School District is beyond amazing. Northeast Ithaca is close to Cornell University. There are many reasons why homes in in Northeast Ithaca are in high demand."

Many grocery stores and restaurants and retail stores to shop. Unique shops on the main common area in the middle of the city. There is so many outdoor lights activities for all ages in the Finger Lakes area. "
