Located in the highly desirable Southeast Hills neighborhood of Eugene, this home is walking distance to Kincaid Park and just a short drive to Amazon Park, Mount Baldy, Tubman Park, Amazon Headwater Park, and Spencer Butte. You'll find yourself in a quiet, beautiful residential area frequented by deer and turkey, yet close to shops, great restaurants, bike paths, and transitoffering the perfect balance between nature and convenience.

Pet Policy: Up to 2 pets allowed (cats or dogs). There is an additional pet deposit of $500 per pet and pet rent of $25/month for each pet.

Tenants are responsible for electric utilities (no natural gas), water/sewer, refuse, and any optional internet/cable. Washer/dryer hookups are located in the utility room. Tenant is responsible for landscaping the yard.

This is a non-smoking/non-vaping home, and these activities are not allowed on the property.

We rent on a first-come, first-serve basis to the first approved applicant/applicant group to complete their application process. Applications include credit/background/eviction history screening. The nonrefundable screening fee is $10 per adult applicant.

Applicants are expected to take financial responsibility for the home within 5 days of approval. We may consider brief, reasonable requests to begin the rental agreement later.
