Very nice large sunny west facing room available in South hils right by albertsons. Furnished or NOT
Shared with one other (owner) in a beautiful well loved home between U of O & LCC. This room has allot of west light as its the Front of house. Super Quiet street. Approx 20x30 with large mirrored closet It is extremely safe quiet and relaxing area of town. The house itself is an open cozy neat concept. The recently remodeled kitchen is decent sized and feels very comfortable with views of back yard deck and open fully stocked kitchen and dining room . full bathroom shared with one other room mate 10 feet down the hall also another 1/2 shared bath available for use..
The parking situation is EZ street style. No limit or signs or better yet not have a car.
My home is shared by lots of house plants and a great backyard. Well behaved mature DOG or CAT would be considered with deposit.
About me. I'm a just past middle age semi retired busy guy who is very progressive and open to all. I'm very outdoorsy & somewhat musical so that is what I spend most of my time doing. I keep to myself a lot but also really enjoy good conversations. I don't drink or party hard and want to reflect that in my home. I don't care if you drink or use pot as long as that isn't your primary M.O. Absolutely no hard drugs. best suited for a grad student or busy professional type.
The house has a washer and dryer and is heated by electric heat. That can get spendy in the winter if everyone keeps the heat jacked up. No couples or extended stay guests. I only want to live with 1 other.

So the breakdown for everything is:
899 rent includes internet. 1/2 trash/recycling, and EWEB. The internet is decent here and included.
Deposit is the same as the rental cost.
Rent is month to month. Looking for long term solid reliable humans who values include integrity accountability and peace.

No smoking/vaping in house. Please
