This unique monthly rental is situated in a diverse and transitional neighborhood amidst a flourishing arts district, buzzing with vibrant energy and foot traffic. This artistic enclave offers secure parking in a paved driveway, with easy, contactless entry via a smart lock on the front door.

Step inside to be enveloped by a 70s-inspired living space, adorned with cozy green sofas, a Mid-Century Modern coffee table, and a Smart TV set amidst playful decor, ready for your streaming pleasure. Adjacent to this lively living area lies a formal dining room, housing an elegant antique table with seating for six, the perfect setting for your culinary delights.

Navigate to our newly remodeled kitchen, fully equipped to make your cooking endeavors a breeze. The adjoining bedroom, accessible via the hallway or directly through the kitchen, hosts a cozy King bed, a smart TV, nightstands, a comfortable corner chair, and ample storage space.

Progress through the connecting hallway to discover another bedroom, featuring rattan shelf, dual Full beds, a nightstand, and a reading lamp, poised beside a well-appointed bathroom, housing essential amenities including a washer and dryer, with provided laundry soap.

Step outside to embrace the tranquility of our front porch, furnished with rocking chairs, and explore the spacious fenced backyard, featuring a fire pit surrounded by chairs, inviting relaxation under the stars.

We eagerly await your arrival and are confident that you will fall in love with the eclectic charm and comfort that Sage Submarine has to offer!

We tend to allow our guests to keep to themselves, but are always a message away if needed.

Our home is located right near the Village of W Greenville, a kind of second "Main St" and a burgeoning Arts District.

- All utilities included in the rent price
- Can lease between 30-180 days; 90+ days preferred.
- Security deposit: $750
- $250 one-time cleaning fee
- $250 one-time pet deposit for first pet, $100 per additional pet.
- No tampering with the router, ring camera, or smart lock.
- Smoking is permitted outdoors provided that all exterior doors and windows are closed and butts are disposed of in a non-flammable container. A fee of $250 will be assessed if evidence of indoor smoking is found.
