It comes with amenities such as covered parking and community pool access. New laminate flooring runs through the living area, and there is a fireplace. There is a small patio off of the living area that you can access from either the living room or the bedroom. The kitchen includes a microwave as well as a dishwasher. The unit has large windows with lots of natural light, giving the place an open feel. A washer and dryer is included in the unit.

Tenant pays gas, electricity and internet. Owner covers garbage/sewer. 12 month lease. No pets and no smoking.
