Amazing ground floor unit in the Cottonwood Grove Condominiums. This community is well established, quiet and well cared for. It comes with amenities such as covered parking and community pool access. New laminate flooring runs through the living area, and there is a fireplace. There is a small patio off of the living area that you can access from either the living room or the bedroom. The kitchen includes a microwave as well as a dishwasher.
