Availability date is flexible, I work remote and can move whenever.

Lease duration for a minimum of 1 year, maximum of 3 (no rent increase). I'm moving out of state for 3 years, I currently live in the house and plan to live in it again when I return, so I'd like a tenant to treat the house with the same care and respect as I give it.
