This newly remodeled 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house is located in the Uptown neighborhood in central Phoenix.

The kitchen appliances are new. New energy efficient windows have been installed. The bathroom is completely remodeled. There is a one car garage. Washer and dryer are included. The front yard enjoys flood irrigation while the backyard is fully fenced including a storage shed.

Dogs or cats are permitted upon approval with a $200 pet deposit and $20/ mo pet rent.

Tenant is responsible for electric, gas, internet. $50/month toward shared water/sewer/trash bill.

Deposits may be split into payments.

We lease month to month so that both the tenants and the owners remain on their best behavior and have flexibility in case living situations change. Most of our tenants stay over five years with one staying over 20 years.

This is a great property for pets.

No smoking, no drugs.

There is room for one car in the garage and an additional parking space on the driveway.

Owner pays for the landscaping maintenance.

Southwest Human Development makes its home here supporting early childhood for much of Maricopa County. There’s no shortage of businesses around here. This area borders the more well to do Arcadia and Biltmore neighborhoods as well as the more decidedly homeless and drugee scene that runs South of Thomas Rd. It’s a typical Phoenix neighborhood otherwise."

Also, at times there are coyotes about. Most of the time they run. Away from people, but I imagine owners with small dogs might feel a bit nervous to see one. "
