Minutes from Hetel and all the amenities that come with it. This is a 3 bedroom one 1/2 bath house. Hardwood and ceramic tile flooring throughout. Newer windows throughout with screens. Some new light fixtures. Master bedroom is a nice size. Same size as living room with two closets with artificial fireplace. Full bath with shower is located on second. The other two bedrooms are standard size which fits a queen comfortably and a king with minimal furniture. Kitchen comes with refrigerator/icemaker, stove and stainless-steel dishwasher. Formal dining room has newer lighting, living room is carpeted with beveled wall mirror and artificial fireplace. Backyard finished patio for outdoor entertaining. Full basement for additional storage. Dryer ONLY already there, just bring washer. Garage is included after September and the final big bulk trash day. Look at the Facebook tour coming out this weekend. First month rent and security a must! An application and fee is required to move forward. NO PET RULE!

Total monthly household income must be a minimum 3x monthly rent. Each adult (18 years or older) who appear on the lease must make at least 1.5 x monthly rent per month and Income must be properly documented to clearly show the date received, rate of pay, number of hours worked, and total pay for the pay period. Income that is not properly documented will not be accepted. Applicants must have prior rental experience documented with the name and phone number of the landlord. Applicants must not have recent evictions or arrears from previous landlords. Applicants must have a minimum credit score of 600 A background and credit check will be run on ALL applicants. All applicants must submit a complete application. Missing documents will not be counted and result in an incomplete application. Incomplete applications will not be considered and will stop the process. Owner will pay for water, trash and sewer.
