The other two bedrooms are standard size which fits a queen comfortably and a king with minimal furniture. Kitchen comes with refrigerator/icemaker, stove and stainless-steel dishwasher. Formal dining room has newer lighting, living room is carpeted with beveled wall mirror and artificial fireplace. Backyard finished patio for outdoor entertaining. Full basement for additional storage. Dryer ONLY already there, just bring washer. Garage is included after September and the final big bulk trash day. Look at the Facebook tour coming out this weekend. First month rent and security a must! An application and fee is required to move forward. NO PET RULE!
