The cottage is private and secluded from the main house with lots of surrounding vegetation and greenery. Cottage has a small screened porch in front, with your own picnic table and string lights for an inviting outdoor space. The driveway/backyard is shared with the main house. The cottage has 1 dedicated parking space in the driveway.

Luxurious, modern spa-like bathroom with double sink vanity. Full size kitchen. Tongue and groove ceilings. Lots of charm and modern convenience.

No pets / No on-site laundry available.

The beach is located in Anastasia Island which has a lot of activities. the Lighthouse is nearby, and Saint Augustine’s beach is through the 312 bridge. There is an Amphitheatre close by which has many local and international events. Loads of restaurants, wine tasting and bars, shops/boutiques, museums including the Fountain of youth ca be visited."

It’s just a nice, established, well-maintained neighborhood with a cheap home owners association that really is functional, and neighbors are friendly and range widely in age. There’s tons of sidewalks, parks, ponds, wildlife, and very easy access to all types of stores and restaurants. "
