Cottage has a small screened porch in front, with your own picnic table and string lights for an inviting outdoor space. The driveway/backyard is shared with the main house. The cottage has 1 dedicated parking space in the driveway.

Luxurious, modern spa-like bathroom with double sink vanity. Full size kitchen. Tongue and groove ceilings. Lots of charm and modern convenience.

No pets / No on-site laundry available.

Rent = $1500 Base + $200 for all utilities included (comcast internet, water, electric, trash, lawn, pest control) = $1700/month.
