This adorable home is nestled right behind the St. Augustine Alligator Farm (a fantastic zoo!), giving you a truly unique local experience: watching beautiful birds, like the famous Roseate Spoonbills, soar in the aviary just in front of you.

From this ideal island spot, your vacation unfolds effortlessly:

Morning: Grab the provided beach gear and stroll the wide, white-sand beaches for a quiet morning walk. You can also walk to climb the 219 steps of the historic St. Augustine Lighthouse for panoramic views that will orient you to the whole area. Afterwards you can rinse off in the outdoor shower complete with hot water!

Daytime Adventure: Historic downtown is just 1.5 miles away an easy drive, bike or golf cart ride over the iconic Bridge of Lions. Spend the day walking the cobblestone streets, exploring the 450+ years of history at the massive Castillo de San Marcos fort, and browsing the boutiques and shops along the pedestrian mall, St. George Street.

Evening Relaxation: After a full day of exploring, the real treat begins back home. Step into your fully-fenced, screened lanai, which guests rave about as the perfect place to relax in the evenings. Furry Family Members
We keep the treat jar stocked for our furry guests in the entry area on the cabinet! You will not be able to miss it! There are food & water bowls provided as well. Ran out of waste bags? No worries! We have you covered and have plenty of waste bags to use! Simply toss the used waste bag in the outdoor garbage container. There is a pet fee per dog up to 2 dogs, owner permission required prior to stay.
Pet owners will be pleased to find a welcoming environment for furry friends, complete with dog bowls, waste bags, and a treat jar to keep tails wagging.
