Lease is Month-to-Month - and automatically renews (barring any issues). I just require 30-days notice when you move out.

Why am I below market, with rent at $1350 instead of $1500 or $1600? The house is in great shape, overall, but I find offering a rent below market allows for an excellent tenant, who is incentivized to take care of the place. Most of our tenants have been renting from us for years.

**Please submit your application through Zillow to be considered. Appointments for tours can only be made after application has been submitted.**

Tenant is responsible for utilities (i.e. gas/electric/water/sewer/garbage/cable/internet) and yard upkeep. No Section 8/Vouchers. Lease is renewable month-to-month for as long as tenant would like barring any issues. No Smoking. A small pet will be considered.

Downfall is that literally no one picks up after their dog. Also people aren’t really friendly. Kids trashed and vandalized the neighborhood.
