About this House

A remodeled Ranch with full unfinished basement. Open floor plan perfect for hosting. New Higher Efficiency Furnace. Fenced in backyard. One-car garage. Quiet street. Within walking distance of Brookwood Elementary. A 6 minute drive to Kroger, Walmart, Aldi, or Meijer. Close to many other shops and restaurants as well as just a mile away from Millikin Woods Park. Lease is Month-to-Month - and automatically renews (barring any issues). I just require 30-days notice when you move out.

Why am I below market, with rent at $1350 instead of $1500 or $1600? The house is in great shape, overall, but I find offering a rent below market allows for an excellent tenant, who is incentivized to take care of the place. Most of our tenants have been renting from us for years.
