Breed Restrictions: Due to homeowner's insurance policy constraints, high-risk or aggressive breeds (including but not limited to Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Dobermans, Chows, or any mixes thereof) are strictly prohibited.
Insurance Requirement: Approved tenants must provide proof of renter's insurance with a liability policy that contains zero animal or breed restrictions.
No caged animals.

You have the gorgeous beach, ocean, sunsets, and mountains while everything in the town is a flat walk , biking hiking, sipping coffee in the sun.
