Acerca de esta Casa

En inglés
We've been living on-site for a year and a half now, making changes as time has passed. The house was painted and had it's popcorn ceiling removed. The old carpets were replaced with brand new carpet. We've built a small but beautiful concrete patio in the front yard and coated the garage floor with a wonderful water based epoxy.

This house is too large for the two of us, and think its better fit for a family. It features three bedrooms, a bonus room and two bathrooms. It's about three minute drive to woodland elementary, a four minute drive to riverside middle school, and a five minute drive to riverside high school, all of which are excellent schools. The neighborhood includes a small park for children, a pool, and a small pool for toddlers.

There is a cute shopping center about four minutes away that includes Lowe's Foods, Smoothie King, Starbucks, a couple of restaurants, and a gym (OrangeTheory). There are two gas stations, no more than five minutes away each. It's an easy 7 minute drive to the airport and 5 minute drive to the Interstate.

- Tenant pays for water and electricity
- Tenant maintains yard
- No smoking inside ( there is a front & back patio)

Most pets are welcomed (dogs, cats, rabbits, reptiles etc.), we just want to know about them beforehand. Acceptance of larger pets will depend on the pet's behavior and discipline
- Security deposit for pets: $350 for small animals (less than or equal to 30 lbs) or $450 for larger animals
- Tenants with pets must also have carpets professionally washed before moving out.
