We are a hard working professionals looking for a tenant to share a nice single story home with. The house is about 2,200 sq.ft with 5 bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms.

The house is located in Pacoima (adjacent to San Fernando, Sylmar and North Hollywood) and it's close to schools, shops, restaurants, 5/170/118 freeways and public transportation. (6 miles to CSUN, 5 miles from Sherman Oaks Westfield Fashion Square, 6 miles to Lake Balboa Park, 3 miles to new NOHO West, 5 miles to Burbank).

Bedroom with shared bathroom - $800

Bedroom with private bathroom - $950

Move-in Date: July 1st
Shared utilities (water, power, gas, cable/internet)
Refundable Security Deposit: Same as rent

Full House Privileges:
*Washer/Dryer room inside the house
*Living room, Dining area and Kitchen
*Central air and heat
*Parking on the street
*Not shown: fully furnished living/dining room

We are looking for someone who is stable, responsible, clean, quiet and easy going but respectful...professional or graduate student. Credit check and background check required. NO smoking and NO drugs.

I live by a mainstreet and can hear traffic from inside my home. my neighbors are loud and disrespectful. they play music very loudly until 2-3am and my windows rattle. we need to sleep with the TV on to drown out there music."

Security is good about walking the perimeters every so often and keeps parking rules in check for all residents and non-residents. Complex is very eye appealing with all the plants and trees that are well maintained by the maintenance crew."
