We are a hard working professionals looking for a tenant to share a nice single story home with. The house is about 2,200 sq.ft with 5 bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms.

The house is located in Pacoima (adjacent to San Fernando, Sylmar and North Hollywood) and it's close to schools, shops, restaurants, 5/170/118 freeways and public transportation. (6 miles to CSUN, 5 miles from Sherman Oaks Westfield Fashion Square, 6 miles to Lake Balboa Park, 3 miles to new NOHO West, 5 miles to Burbank).

Bedroom with private bathroom - $950

Move-in Date: May 1st

I live by a mainstreet and can hear traffic from inside my home. my neighbors are loud and disrespectful. they play music very loudly until 2-3am and my windows rattle. we need to sleep with the TV on to drown out there music."
