Located in the desirable Woodlands neighborhood, this beautiful 1660 sq. ft. home borders the grounds of the Pinehurst Country Club, including the famed Pinehurst No. 2 and No. 4 Championship courses. Directly across the street from the clubhouse of Pinehurst Course No. 7, it is less than 2 miles from the Historic Village of Pinehurst and downtown Southern Pines.

The home features a fully equipped kitchen, dedicated 3-bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen, 2 fulls) with luxury linens, high-def Smart TVs, and ample storage space. The primary bedroom is on the main level with a full ensuite bathroom. The great room opens to a deck and a private, fenced backyard. The second floor has two additional bedrooms, a full bath, a loft, and a storage area. A desk and printer are available for office needs. The laundry room includes a washer, dryer, and laundry products. Free high-speed Spectrum Advanced Gig Wi-Fi is available throughout the home. The tenant may use the two-car garage.

Monthly rent is $2950. All utilities are covered (water and electric up to $150 a month), professional landscaping service, high-speed Gig WiFi (TV streaming services are covered by the tenant), plus applicable taxes, cleaning fees, and a security deposit. Dogs are allowed with landlord approval and additional monthly fees/non-refundable pet fees. Short or long-term rentals are available.

    "We’ve lived here almost 2 years. Love our location and family neighborhood. We’re in Village acres and we’re also not far from Taylortown or Pinehurst Village. We are golfers, however my husbands recovery from major back surgery last year has put our golf on hold. But there are lots of golf carts driving on our roads to their tee times! It’s great!"
