The primary bedroom is on the main level with a full ensuite bathroom. The great room opens to a deck and a private, fenced backyard. The second floor has two additional bedrooms, a full bath, a loft, and a storage area. A desk and printer are available for office needs. The laundry room includes a washer, dryer, and laundry products. Free high-speed Spectrum Advanced Gig Wi-Fi is available throughout the home. The tenant may use the two-car garage.

Monthly rent is $2950.     "We’ve lived here almost 2 years. Love our location and family neighborhood. We’re in Village acres and we’re also not far from Taylortown or Pinehurst Village. We are golfers, however my husbands recovery from major back surgery last year has put our golf on hold. But there are lots of golf carts driving on our roads to their tee times! It’s great!"
