"Local parks are nearby. The parks & bike trails are usually pretty well maintained. The area is picking up, in my personal opinion. I personally know a lot of people with dogs that love this area. "

"It’s basically Maumee so it’s got that nice Suburban feel but since you’re technically in Toledo you’ll find the housing to be a lot more affordable than Maumee. Check out Earnest Brew works! You can bring your dog!"

"I’ve lived in this neighborhood for over 30 years, and I find that the neighbors are friendly and look out for each other. The sidewalks make it enjoyable to walk your dogs, and for young children to safely ride their bikes. The street traffic is minimal in the neighborhood and there is a very active block watch program that works hard to maintain a safe, clean and friendly community."
