    "I am a first time home buyer. This neighborhood is perfect. Quiet but not too quiet. Good people on both sides of ya type of neighborhood. People keep up on their lawns and no crime that I know of. Would raise kids here."

    "I've lived in this neighborhood for 2 years and I can't tell you how great it is I have a 2 year old son and I love going for walks just walking through out the neighborhood I feel super safe you'll see multiple people walking their dogs are going for a run couldn't ask for a better neighborhood."

    "I’ve lived in this neighborhood for over 30 years, and I find that the neighbors are friendly and look out for each other. The sidewalks make it enjoyable to walk your dogs, and for young children to safely ride their bikes. The street traffic is minimal in the neighborhood and there is a very active block watch program that works hard to maintain a safe, clean and friendly community."
