    "Very beautiful nature quite serene, secure neighborhoods people are nice to everybody what Sam right car, generous people in the neighborhood there are condominiums apartments or restaurants. Here we have Sanfaute court here. We have a boat yard marina as well with boats and high-end boats, and we also have the racing boat here at the University of Richmond."

    "Don’t live here; but stopped in this area just north of Rocketts Landing and, it was nice to see transit appears well established; with upgrades to stops clearing in the works, and be able to stop into a well lit BP Station, with a decent Food Mart, and clean restroom (though only one shared use.)     "I’ve lived here for 3.5 yrs. Solid restaurants, crappy parking, solid people, and good bars. It is still kind of sketchy at night and I get all of my packages delivered to my place of work. It’s getting more and more crowded and rent keeps going up. Definitely a transitional neighborhood-not a settle down neighborhood "
