"Don’t live here; but stopped in this area just north of Rocketts Landing and, it was nice to see transit appears well established; with upgrades to stops clearing in the works, and be able to stop into a well lit BP Station, with a decent Food Mart, and clean restroom (though only one shared use.) "Super close to multiple pulse, GRTC, Main Street station/Amtrak, and 95. Very easy to get around and in the heart of downtown, close to many restaurants, bars, and parks. Also right by the Canal and the canal walk."

"I’ve lived here for 3.5 yrs. Solid restaurants, crappy parking, solid people, and good bars. It is still kind of sketchy at night and I get all of my packages delivered to my place of work. It’s getting more and more crowded and rent keeps going up. Definitely a transitional neighborhood-not a settle down neighborhood "
