"There are lots of food trucks on occasion, many beautiful historic homes and great food and bars. Truly a wonderful place to live. Not too loud at night as well. "

"Don’t live here; but stopped in this area just north of Rocketts Landing and, it was nice to see transit appears well established; with upgrades to stops clearing in the works, and be able to stop into a well lit BP Station, with a decent Food Mart, and clean restroom (though only one shared use.) "

"I’ve lived here for 3.5 yrs. Solid restaurants, crappy parking, solid people, and good bars. It is still kind of sketchy at night and I get all of my packages delivered to my place of work. It’s getting more and more crowded and rent keeps going up. Definitely a transitional neighborhood-not a settle down neighborhood "

"The canal walk is literally amazing! It goes all the way to belle isle and the black history museum and Browns island and restaurants etc! "

"Heavy traffic area, some streets are secluded for family walks, parks are very close by. Good for pets and young professionals "
