    "There is always something going on here in Ashland. They have the strawberry Faire in the summertime. There’s Light Up the Tracks, Parades for Christmas, Halloween, the Fourth of July, etc. during the summer they have a fourth Fridays, which is a huge event with vendors, both food vendors and retail vendors and it’s just an exciting time to get out and know your neighbors."

    "This location gives you ta rural feeling, however you are only 10 miles from the downtown area of Richmond which is a quick drive down 95 South. Also taking 295 will land you at Short Pump area where there is great shopping and restaurants. This is a nicely located area 1.5 hr north is DC 1.5 hours south is Virginia Beach and about 1 hour to the west you are in the mountains!"
