    "There is always something going on here in Ashland. They have the strawberry Faire in the summertime. There’s Light Up the Tracks, Parades for Christmas, Halloween, the Fourth of July, etc. during the summer they have a fourth Fridays, which is a huge event with vendors, both food vendors and retail vendors and it’s just an exciting time to get out and know your neighbors."

    "Nothing really, it’s ok. Quiet, lazy kind of area. There is a lot of foot traffic more towards England St and Highway 1. People can not drive to save their lives near the Chick Fil A."
