"It’s a mix. Some of the dog owners are entitled idiots who don’t pick up after their dogs. There is a nice little dog park on front st."

"Plenty of places to walk dogs and plenty of trash cans available for owners to dispose of poop, still plenty of poop not picked up. There is a dog park at Water Street & Vine Street and many people walk their dogs at Race Street Pier. "

"You don't pay down town price for your home but you get all the benefits of walk-ability and community. Parking under 95 is great if you have people over but I don'y ever have to park there as I find parking up my street."

"When you spend time on Penn's Landing near Pier 3, you will be well aware that you are hanging out in the city, but you will also get a sense that you're tucked away. Columbus Blvd has the lion's share of Philly's scenic peace, but it also has plenty of night life. If your bases aren't covered, it's easy to hop up to Olde City to find anything you need or want. Penn's Landing has a tradition of great summer and fall festivals, plus the premier spot for the New Year's Eve Fireworks. New editions to the area include Race Street Park, a beautiful stretch of green underneath the Ben Franklin Bridge, and a soon-to-open art space and café across the street."
