    "The neighborhood is peaceful, a good amount of kids. The Main Street has more and more traffic so be mindful when walking on Mansfield National. The area is in a growth spurt. Close to Hawaiian Falls and Big League Dreams. No issues from these venues. "

I also stopped and talked with residents about the schools and the HOAs and how they felt about the neighborhood. I received consistently positive feedback and was told this was THE place to live and raise a family."
